Trendl is a software company that develops and offers quantitative trading software and execution technology for retail investors trading NQ futures (Nasdaq-100 E-mini futures) through their own securities account with a regulated broker.
Trendl is not a financial services provider, not an investment firm, and not an asset manager within the meaning of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft). Trendl does not provide personal investment advice and does not manage assets or financial instruments on behalf of clients.
Trendl is not supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and is not required to hold a licence under Article 2:96 Wft. The broker with which the client holds a securities account (Interactive Brokers Ireland Ltd.) is supervised by the relevant financial authorities.

Risk warning
Trading NQ futures (Nasdaq-100 E-mini futures) involves significant financial risks:
- The value of futures contracts can fluctuate significantly and rapidly.
- You may lose (part of) your invested capital.
- Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
- Futures trading requires margin deposits; if your balance is insufficient, your position may be automatically liquidated by the broker.
Trendl advises you to trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
Assets remain with the client
Client assets are held exclusively in the client's own securities account at Interactive Brokers Ireland Ltd. at all times. Trendl has no custody, management, or authority to dispose of client assets. Orders are placed with Interactive Brokers — not with Trendl.
Intellectual property and model logic
The algorithmic logic and model parameters of Trendl's quantitative signal model are protected as trade secrets. Trendl is not obligated to disclose how the model works. For each Trading Signal, the client receives only the risk parameters (direction, maximum loss parameter, potential profit target) necessary for an informed confirmation decision.
